Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Managing recruitment processes in the IT area;
* Managing and publishing adverts with opportunities;
* Sourcing and identifying candidates;
* Conducting interviews and preparing interview reports.
Requirements:
* Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or similar;
* At least 2 year's of experience in recruiting IT profiles;
* Previous experience working for companies in the IT sector;
* Experience with recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter;
* Good teamwork and communication skills;
* Resilience;
* Good time management and multiple objectives;
* Dynamism and proactivity;
* Good level of English.
