Position Summary As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Nestlé Business Services is able to deliver its commitments to driving productivity and efficiencies throughout the organization. Not only will you be responsible for creating a buzz around Continuous Improvement, but you will also be instrumental in developing and implementing programs that will enable the NBS Centers to achieve their targets and drive their own initiatives.
Lastly, you will also be supporting the application of the improvement and replication framework (tools, governance, process) throughout the organization, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and effectively.
