Key Responsibilities
* Accountable for AS Country P&L.
* Implement the Group strategy guidelines, best practices and tools set by AS Corporate.
* Prepare and propose the "strategic initiatives package" including a high-level plan for the next 3 years (BP) and detailed business & financial plan for next year (Budget) in collaboration with Country Manager.
* Collect customer needs, identify and submit requirements for new opportunity business (e.g.: tools, resources) to AS Corporate in collaboration with Country Manager.
* Ensure the interaction of After Sales Team with Consumer/Customers/Marketing/Sales/Legal/Finance/Quality and Suppliers.
* Monitor and report of all After Sales Service KPIs (financials, efficiency, SLA) and ensure compliance with the Legal and Health & Safety standards at local level.
* Manage all local service suppliers (Technicians, Call Center, etc) agreements monitoring quality, costs and service levels.
* Accountable for customer service delivery and compliance with contract specifications and internal policies and procedures.
* Create direct relationships with major customers, dealing for main contracts and managing main claims.
* Manage AS Country Organization, providing the adequate training and coaching.
