Details – Hospitality, Sports, Leisure is the platform responsible for managing the Hospitality, Sports, and Leisure areas of Arrow Global in Portugal. It oversees the management of major hotel units located in Vilamoura, Carvoeiro, Lagos, Albufeira, Aroeira, and Madeira, as well as golf courses and equestrian centers.
The Senior Golf Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and leveraging market data to drive growth and achieve sales goals in the golf segment. The Senior Golf Sales Manager will report directly to the Head of Sales and work closely with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
* Participate and monitor in the development and execution of strategic plans aligned with Details and client objectives for long-term success, namely marketing agreements and other sales actions.
* Work closely with internal teams to coordinate efforts and deliver tailored solutions to general and key clients.
* Continuously analyse account performance and market trends to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
* Address and help resolve client concerns promptly, ensuring a positive client experience, namely customers feed-backs, reviews and guest satisfaction.
* Utilize data analysis to assess account performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
* Provide regular reports on key account metrics, achievements, and challenges to clients and internal stakeholders.
* Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and sales expense controls.
* Meeting planned sales goals.
* Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

Key Qualifications
* Ability to communicate verbally & written to upper management
* Ability to work directly with Merchandising, Marketing, Sourcing, and other departments within Details.
* Must possess excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills
* Detailed oriented and excellent organizational skills
* Ability to manage accounts independently
* Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
* Strong presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
* Ability to prioritize and multitask
