Our expertise, complemented by our exclusive curation of partners, allows us to create a lifetime of unforgettable moments.As part of the Back Office team, you support our Relationship Managers in fulfilling our members and guests requests.
Mainly focused on the execution (and documentation) of booking requests, you also help the Relationship Managers in researching rare luxury objects and experiences.
Your responsibilities are both operational and administrative and listed below.Responsibilities:Administrative:
- Research and compare offers, prices, in order to ensure that our members are getting the best possible deal.
- Arrange and confirm most of the booking requests made by our members or walk-ins.
- Assist client with booking changes and special inquiries regarding reservations.
- Help your Relationship Managers in researching new offers and opportunities that are relevant to our members.
- Actively support client account management by ensuring client information is updated and accurate at all times.
- Document every request in our database.
- Invoice our clients when necessary.Your profile:
- Proactive, you are a self-starter and unafraid in working in fast-paced start-upenvironment.
- Organised and meticulous.-
- Good overall knowledge and experience of the luxury industry.
- Fluent in English, any second or third language is a plus.
- Customer oriented.
