The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
* Prepare and provide the orders, respecting the process in place to the respective department;
* Make bids & quotations for customers;
* Create space planning for interior design and quotations that meet or exceed customer expectations;
* Planning and control of mock-up delivery;
* Preparation of submissions and providing submission documents for sales;
* Competent advice to customers and preparation of product presentations;
* Ensures the correct application of the sales conditions;
* Transmits orders to the department responsible;
* Ensures the classification of orders in accordance with the rules defined in the department.
Perfil ideal
The ideal candidate should possess the following profile:
* More than 2 years of experience in a similar function;
* Fluent in French;
* Fluent in English or Portuguese, spoken and written;
* Excellent presentation, communication, and planning skills;
* Process-oriented with a mindset of continuous improvement and learning.
