This includes conducting assessments, facilitating training sessions, and providing coaching and feedback to individuals and teams to help them reach their full potential.Main ResponsibilitiesInstructional design of materials for GTI led programmesDevelop and deliver leadership development programs for professionals at all levels of the organizationConduct assessments if required to give input on leadership development needsFacilitate on global milestone and other development programmes on a variety of topics such as global mindset, collaboration, alignment to strategy, leadership skills, communication, and team buildingWhere appropriate provide coaching and feedback to individuals and teams to help them improve their leadership skillsWork closely with the Global Head of Leadership Development to align leadership development programs with Go Beyond 2025 StrategyMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development programs and make recommendations for improvementWorking hours must be flexible and international travel is required (usually around 10 days at a time, but can sometimes be 3 weeks at any one time).LocationIdeally within Mainland Europe however we will consider strong candidates from other locations
