Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will include:
* Being a fashion mentor to customers during their shopping experience
* Providing answers and solutions to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, or social media
* Answering product, order, payment method, and shipping-related questions while maintaining calm and polite demeanor
* Transforming online credit simulations into completed files
* Handling calls for prospects and clients
* Coordinating with other departments and redirecting related cases and issues
What's in it for you?
* Yearly or 6-month contract, renewable
* 40 hours of work per week (8 hours a day) from Monday to Sunday, 7am - 9pm
* Two salary options:
o Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 950-1000€
o Excluding accommodation: 1300-1400€ gross/month

* Relocation support for international candidates:
o Reimbursement of initial flight expenses
o Airport pick up
o Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sport activities, and social events organized by the company
