Job Description
We are looking for a Corporate Communications Designer (maternity cover) to elevate our brand's voice through impactful content and strategic messaging. In this role, you will develop and manage communication materials that strengthen our market presence, engage our audience, and drive business growth—blending content creation, publishing, and strategic communication to support business growth.
This is a full-time, on-site position at our Maia, Portugal office.
Responsibilities
* Communication & Content Creation:
* Assist in developing product communication materials, including success stories, newsletters, press releases, social media posts, and corporate content.
* Write and edit copy based on bullet points, ensuring clarity and engagement.
* Proofread and fact-check articles to maintain accuracy and consistency.
* Research and commission articles, features, and titles.
* Conduct interviews with contributors (Product Managers, Executive Team, Unit Directors) to gather insights.
* Provide image direction for the Design Team.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Product Managers, Executives, Marketing Staff, Designers) to align messaging.
* Publishing & Social Media:
* Support and manage email marketing platforms.
* Propose concise and engaging content for Nonius Group's social media channels, leveraging product communication, case studies, corporate updates, and client/partner referrals.
* Others:
* Manage and maintain mailing lists and databases.
* Contribute to achieving Sales and Marketing KPIs related to communication, SEO, lead generation, social media presence, and press coverage.
* Assist in planning, logistics, and coordination of global virtual, in-person, and hybrid events.
* Attend marketing events when required. Provide support during peak workload periods.
Nice to Have
* Experience in the Hospitality or Healthcare sectors.
* Fluency in other languages (e.g., Portuguese, Spanish, French).
Must Have
* Experience in content creation and corporate communications across various channels (social media, email, press releases, etc.).
* Graphic design skills or familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
* Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and ability to create clear, compelling content.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
* Strong collaboration skills, working cross-functionally with marketing, design, and product teams.
* Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
* Experience with social media management and strategy.
