We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at an innovative pharmaceutical company based in Tavira.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct market research to identify potential customers and expand our network.
* Promote the company's development and manufacturing capabilities, building business cases and commercial proposals that meet both our needs and those of our clients.
* Support procurement activities related to operations, preparing, negotiating, and executing development and supply agreements.
* Maintain and explore existing business relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks for current and future markets.
* Represent and promote the company at international fairs and business events.
Requirements:
* Degree in Management or a related field with a focus on Business Development and Marketing.
* Knowledge of Technology Transfer and product development.
* Ability to travel internationally.
* Analytical skills, strong negotiation competencies, and teamwork skills.
* Fast learning ability and adaptability in a fast-paced working environment.
* Ability to work independently, with high initiative and results orientation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Fluency in English, with proficiency in another language (German or French) being a plus.
