We are looking for a: CLOUD IDENTITY AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT (NCIA / NATO) - Remote (in Portugal)

Plexus.Tech provides a wide range of specialist services to military and security institutions (NATO, UN, EU, and National Government and Defence) We provide our clients with professional services, specialised aerospace and defence sales, delivery, and operational subject matter expertise. We are currently seeking personnel to join our team and provide support for crucial client projects.
> Role Duties And Responsibilities?
* 1. Design & Implement IAM Solutions
Develop and manage identity and access management (IAM) solutions using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and AWS IAM. Ensure seamless integration with internal/external applications and
systems.
* 2. Automate IAM Processes
Use PowerShell and Azure Automation to automate account and group management tasks.
Implement self-service capabilities to enhance efficiency.
* 3. Manage Account Lifecycle
Oversee user onboarding, role-based access control (RBAC), and offboarding.
Conduct periodic access reviews and compliance checks.
* 4. Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
Implement and maintain Azure AD PIM to control privileged access.
Enforce just-in-time (JIT) access and approval workflows.
* 5. Security & Compliance
Apply security best practices and perform IAM audits.
Ensure compliance with NATO security policies and regulations.
* 6. User Support & Troubleshooting
Act as a Level 2/3 support for IAM-related issues.
Provide training to IT staff and end-users.
* 7. Monitoring & Optimization
Continuously monitor IAM performance and implement
improvements.
* 8. Collaboration & Communication
Work with security and compliance teams to align IAM strategies.
* 9. External Collaboration
Manage B2B (Business-to-Business) IAM integrations andexternal user access.
* 10. AWS Integration
Ensure secure integration between Azure AD and AWS IAM.
Manage federated identities and Single Sign-On (SSO).
* 11. Process Automation
Develop automation scripts to streamline IAM-related support tasks.
* 12. Sprint-Based Execution
Participate in sprint planning, execution, and review under an Agile framework.
Provide reports and attend daily stand-up meetings.
> Mandatory Skills, Requirements And Experience?
* 1. Technical Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and Amazon AWS identity and access management services.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools (e.g., Azure Automation, Microsoft Graph API).
Experience with IAM solutions and tools, including rolebased access control (RBAC), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and conditional access policies.
Expertise in Azure AD Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and privileged access control
* 2. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong analytical skills to assess and improve IAM processes and workflows.
Ability to troubleshoot complex IAM issues and implement effective solutions.
* 3. Security and Compliance Knowledge:
Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements related to identity and access management.
Experience conducting audits and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
* 4. Communication and Collaboration:
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with IT teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
Ability to document processes clearly and provide training on IAM tools and practices.
* 5. Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Attention to detail in managing user accounts, groups, and access controls
* 6. Team Collaboration:
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and share knowledge and resources.
Willingness to collaborate with colleagues to solve complex issues.
* 7. Others:
The Contractor has strong customer relationship skills, including negotiating complex and sensitive situations under pressure.
* 8. Work Experience:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Ability to train and support users on IAM tools.
* 9. Agile Methodology:
Must be familiar with Agile sprint-based work models.
> Language Proficiency?
* Full proficiency in the English language. French language proficiency is an advantage.
