We are looking for a talented German Recruiter to support our recruiting team and help us place qualified candidates faster. If you have strong communication skills and are confident as a headhunter, we want to meet you.
As a Recruiter, you're the vital link between clients and candidates. Your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Managing local and international recruitment processes;
2. Implementing global recruiting strategy (9 steps);
3. Acting as a point of contact and building influential relationships during the selection process;
4. Screening candidates’ resumes and job applications;
5. Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, language skills, experience, and aptitudes;
6. Conducting interviews;
7. On-boarding new employees in order to become fully integrated;
8. Performing background checks and assuring all legal requirements and company policies are respected;
9. Promoting the role of Human Resources inside the company, showing professionalism and being a positive influence at every occasion;
10. Promoting the company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
1. Native or proficient German (mandatory)
2. Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
3. Strong facilitation, problem-solving, research, and decision-making skills
4. Solid understanding and use of computer basics (Internet, e-mail, MS Office)
5. Organizational and time management skills
6. Excellent knowledge of all MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
7. Internet navigation skills and knowledge of job boards
8. Strong customer service orientation, analytical and decision-making skills
9. Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
10. Stress tolerance

Education and experience
1. University degree, preferably in Human Resources, or directly related work experience
2. Experience in Recruitment & Selection and or Human Resources is a plus
