Profile of the Candidate
We are looking for an Onboarding Manager professional to ensure a top-tier experience for our clients through a combination of strong knowledge of our solutions and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate should be keen on technological solutions, display exceptional customer orientation skills, and possess a 'get-it-done' mentality.
What Will You Be Doing?
1. Helping customers complete their account setup and implementation: You will guide clients towards the successful launch of our solutions through your extensive knowledge of our products.
2. Ensuring a smooth adoption of our products: You will monitor both technical and non-technical aspects of the initial interactions between customers and our products, providing input to facilitate a polished experience.
3. Solving arising customer problems in a timely manner: You will be vigilant for any inconveniences that may arise during the initial usage stages of our products and provide solutions quickly.
4. Enhancing user engagement with educational materials and contextual onboarding flows: You will tailor the experience for each customer, ensuring maximum alignment between their specific needs and our software capabilities.
5. Collecting and acting on customer feedback: You will be attentive to customer inputs and transform those into actionable points to enhance our operations where needed.
What We Expect From You?
1. 3+ years of experience in similar roles (Customer Onboarding, Client Onboarding, Customer Success, etc.)
2. Experience in the mobility sector (e.g., Car Rental) is highly desirable
3. Proficiency in English and French
4. Keen interest in technological solutions
5. Problem-solving skills
