Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the central IT of the Robert Bosch Group for the Power Tools division, focusing on managing projects with high customer interfacing activities.
* Work together with solution managers to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.
* Drive communication by providing regular status updates, facilitating workshops, and ensuring transparency with all stakeholders.
* Manage dependencies and risks across multiple solutions and IT products within the analytics solutions landscape.
* Evaluate project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.
* Maintain thorough documentation of all project activities, including project processes, quality assurance documents, knowledge bases, and progress reports.
Requirements
* University degree in business administration, information technology, or a comparable field.
* At least 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in data analytics or IT environments.
* Proven experience of managing complex, cross-functional projects with budgets of at least 3 million EUR.
* Experience working with development teams of 15 or more people in a global setting is also required.
* Strong leadership and communication skills to drive team performance and engage stakeholders effectively.
* Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or classic PM).
* Very good knowledge of spoken and written English.
