As the Senior Organizational Development Manager, you will shape and build the future organization of Siemens Energy, connecting business and corporate functions while acting as a consultant in modernization and transformation projects.

How You’ll Make an Impact
* Conceptualize and implement global reorganization and transformation projects with a strong awareness of business priorities and impact.
* Manage organizational changes, reorganization processes, and governance.
* Collaborate with business and corporate functions to shape our future organizational setup, generating insights with strategic organizational and workforce planning.
* Inspire team members with insights on organizational trends, frameworks, and best practices.
* Analyze, conceptualize, and implement structural and process optimization measures using expertise in automation/augmentation technologies.
* Develop and coach colleagues on the job, sharing your experience and skillset.
What You Bring
* 3-6+ years of professional experience in organizational development and design, digital transformation, M&As/PMIs, and/or organizational change.
* A degree in business administration, behavioral economics, psychology, IT, data science, organizational development, or a related field.
* Experience leading transformation projects focused on people & organization topics.
* Understanding of trends in organizational development and design, familiar with traditional and agile structures.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to build use cases based on automation and AI.
* Additional certificates (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe, Design Thinking, Coaching) and basic knowledge in automation technologies (e.g., Alteryx, Blue Prism, Python, R, Tableau, Ui Path, VBA) are a plus.
* Well-versed in stakeholder management and executive communication.
* A growth mindset, ambitious spirit, eagerness to learn, and ability to thrive under challenges.
