What you can expect The Project Manager manages key program / client projects, will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. Will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of the project.
What you'll do Manage multiple programs and projects; Provide progress on the various key programs and projects to the PMO Portfolio Manager (new client implementation and relevant transformation projects or strategic activities); Guarantee the implementation of new services and Clients is performed adopting the defined project planning in benefit of the organization and Client business goals; Drive operating efficiency through initiatives that produce innovative solutions for optimizing operational tools used by clients and Teleperformance (reduced cost of ownership/usage, highest return for investment); Business objectives' analysis, requirements' specification and follow-up of the implementation of new services or campaigns; Proactively identify, manage and mitigate project risks and find ways to accomplish project goals in the context of dynamic business/ technical environments; What you'll need Higher Education Degree (preferential); Project Management Professional (PMI -PMP) Certification or similar (preferential); Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory); Additional knowledge of other languages is a plus (German, French and Spanish). Previous experience in Project Management: 3-4 years minimum; Previous Contact Center or BPO experience is a plus.
