Would you like to join our operations team as a Reporting agent Specialist? We are now looking for a Reporting Agent to provide operational support to the Transfer Agency desk.

Welcome to the Distribution Services team / Reporting- registration Team, We add value by challenging each day to develop new and innovative ways of achieving specific goals while providing good service under tight deadlines. You’ll play a valuable role in interacting with various internal and external teams, including portfolio management and client service, and tasked with managing information that is critical to the investment process. Successful incumbent will gain increasing responsibilities in performing a variety of operations functions.
What you’ll be doing:
1. The Reporting agent acts as the point of contact for creating reports and interacts daily with the client and internal parties to resolve all reporting related queries.
2. Run daily, weekly, monthly and other regular (CRS / FATAC/ Tax reporting) or ad hoc reports for internal departments or the client. This includes the creation and the setup of new reports.
3. Produce reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Management Information reporting.
4. Monitoring our Estimated cash Flow on daily basis.
5. Be the point of contact for Distribution Services on reporting activities.
6. Daily contact with our Distribution Services Team in Luxembourg.

Your experience and background:
11. Minimum experience of 3 years within Transfer Agency.
12. Good skills in excel (Pivot, macros…).
