1. Analysis, alignment and verification of business needs and solutions;
2. Involvement with project teams, prioritizing requests and monitoring portfolios;
3. Documentation and validation of requirements efficiently;
4. Support in change management and implementation of solutions;
5. Identification and preparation of action plans.
Profile:
6. Higher education in the area of Information Technologies;
7. Professional experience of more than 4 years in Business Analyst roles;
8. Proven professional experience in process analysis, design, testing methods and Project Management methodologies;
9. Solid knowledge in business analysis;
10. Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
11. Knowledge of Italian is valued;
12. Good analysis, organization and planning skills in a multicultural environment;
13. Good communication skills, customer orientation and team spirit;
14. Dynamic, with capacity for initiative, flexibility and adaptation.
