Seeking a collaborative, self-driven Salesforce.com Administrator to assist in the ongoing product roadmap, development, and support of Malwarebytes Sales infrastructure, supporting CRM applications, and quote to cash solution. Our ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce.com implementations, Salesforce CPQ implementation and use as well as ongoing maintenance and support. To be successful in this role, a good understanding of the Salesforce.com platform, with the ability to support custom apps and objects, flows and data manipulation is necessary. Having developer experience is a plus. We are seeking someone focused on improving the end-user experience and accustomed to working closely with Sales Operations. A highly motivated, hands-on individual who enjoys the challenge of solving the needs of a rapidly evolving business.
What You’ll Do :
1. Handle all the administrator functions including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, flows, workflows, process builders, release prep and deployments, and other routine tasks
2. Maintain software development life cycle and version control using the Flosum release manager
3. Troubleshoot production issues and provide solutions
4. Have a good understanding of the Salesforce Quote-To-Cash system and be able to administer, recommend, and develop solutions on Sales Cloud.
5. Complete regular internal system audits and system governance protocols
6. Participate in project planning sessions with ‘project teams` to analyze business and technology requirements and outline the proposed technology solution
7. Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations
8. Work as part of a dynamic team throughout the software development life cycle
9. Share best practices and improve processes within and across sprint teams
10. Proactively communicate innovative Salesforce.com capabilities to the internal team for continuous improvement
Skills You’ll Need to Have :
11. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
12. SFDC Certified System Admin (Admin 201) or 5+ years in SFDC, Salesforce.com, SalesforceAdministration
13. CPQ Certification is a plus
14. Experience building advanced validations, rules, flows, reports, and dashboards
15. Experience using DemandTools, or Salesforce Inspector for data manipulation
16. Experience using Flosum Release Manager or a similar CI/CD tool
17. Experience working in an Agile software development environment
18. Proficient level experience with Microsoft Excel
19. Excellent communication skills
20. Flexible/adaptable work approach and can go with the flow/changes of a dynamic organization with a mature Salesforce org.
