Longevity and Wellness Initiative
We are launching an initiative to integrate longevity and wellness programs across select properties in our hospitality portfolio.
The goal is to offer comprehensive wellness services through advanced screenings, biomarker assessments, functional health analyses, and customized programs focused on nutrition, detox, exercise, and mindfulness.
Guests will engage in health-promoting activities like hiking, yoga, resistance training, and breathwork.
The center will work with guests over time to track and maintain progress through ongoing virtual and onsite consultations.
Your Role
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and passionate Director of Wellness and Longevity to develop our new business line.
You will be responsible for designing and managing our comprehensive wellness program from inception to execution.
Journey Highlights
1. Plan and manage the development of our Longevity and Wellness division.
2. Manage the development and implementation of wellness initiatives, ensuring high-quality execution at every stage.
3. Collaborate with the Olala Homes Executive Team to plan and develop the wellness program and guest journey.
4. Lead and supervise the outsourced branding agency in project conceptualization and branding.
5. Establish partnerships with leading laboratory testing facilities.
6. Recruit qualified wellness practitioners, including physicians, yoga and resistance trainers, physiologists, nurses, and therapists.
7. Select evidence-based health tracking technologies to measure program effectiveness.
8. Coordinate with HQ to build the F&B team, source organic ingredients, and create menus.
9. Reorganize hotel spaces as needed to meet organizational objectives.
10. Collaborate with Olala headquarters on marketing, sales, PR, and strategy.
11. Establish mutually beneficial partnerships with relevant third-party healthcare providers.
