Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute marketing, communication, and brand strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
* Manage digital presence, social media, and media production (videos, photoshoots, etc.) to enhance visibility.
* Oversee corporate events, representation initiatives, and supplier negotiations to optimize impact.
* Maintain efficient operations by controlling budgets, procurement processes, and merchandising strategies.
* Foster a creative work environment that supports leadership in reinforcing mission, vision, and employer branding.
Ideal Profile
Required Skills:
* Demonstrated experience in a Marketing, Branding, or similar managerial role.
* Expertise in marketing strategy development and execution.
* Understanding of business fundamentals, including HR, finance, and corporate strategy.
* Ability to handle conflict resolution and expectation management effectively.
* Strong negotiation and leadership capabilities.
* Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills.
* Proficiency in English (spoken and written) at a high level.
