IT Infrastructure Services Specialist – Unified Cloud Telephony & Contact Centers REW (m/f/d) Porto or Lisbon, Portugal | req22754
What you will enjoy doing As part of this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving our existing Cloud Solutions Services, including Contact Center and Telephony solutions, to align with business needs and enhance service quality. This includes working with platforms and tools such as Amazon Connect, Amazon Q, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon LEX, Amazon Lens, Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, and AI-based technologies.You will evaluate and implement sustainable, value-generating improvements to our IT Infrastructure Services to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Additionally, you will oversee and manage relationships with contractors, third parties, cloud service providers, and other vendors.Your responsibilities also include participating in service and process improvement projects, such as outsourcing, insourcing, and service provider strategy initiatives.Staying informed about emerging technologies, solutions, and architectures to optimize IT functions will be critical.Furthermore, you will contribute to the development of service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs) tailored to service needs.You will actively participate in the processes of digitization and automation of tasks, contributing to the company's evolution towards digital transformation.What makes you great You have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a similar discipline and a passion for IT and a desire to drive positive change.Goal orientation and the ability to focus on both long and short-term objectives are vital aspects of this job.
