Your new role:
As part of a dynamic and growing team, you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact as a Customer Database Assistant.
Main tasks:
Create and update customer (new customer, change of holder or legal status, blocked accounts, reactivation of inactive accounts) and check their solvency with the recovery agency;
Send a personalized Welcome email to each new customer, accompanied by product and pricing documentation;
Set up the Pharma ML Service in the ERP;
Compile all the data inherent in the creation and updating of customer accounts in a dashboard;
Set up customer accounts for monthly invoicing at the beginning of each month;
Create and update the Prospects accounts from the listings provided by the groups;
Make available and check the correct integration of customer invoices on the dedicated application and assist by email the customers in their steps to access the invoice portal.
What you need to be successful:
Professional experience of at least 2 years in an administrative position;
Language Skills: German Native and English Fluent;
Experience working with ERP systems: Oracle, Agile and Salesforce preferred;
Excel Skills;
Previous Shared Services professional environment is a nice to have.
