BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for a "dynamic, results driven" individual to join as Change Implementation Coordinator at our new production plant in Viana, Portugal.
Key Accountabilities: Support in monitoring one of the critical processes in the manufacture of automotive components, managing the introduction of changes or 'Change Request / Change Implementation'Support in the creation, updating, simplification, monitoring and improvement of existing processes, with close monitoring and direct involvement with multi-functional teams from product development to productionSupport training actions within the functional areaSupport functional development activities within a production unit in the beginning of accelerated growth (e.g.
