Descrição
* Develop a full understanding and knowledge of the Automotive, Decorative and Composite markets in the defined territory;
* Manage and develop client relationships across all business areas;
* Create a strategic plan in line with the Group's expectation;
* Effective implementation and execution of the strategic sales plan;
* Create sales budgets and provide meaningful reports and analysis;
* Provide proactive sales, marketing and technical support to ensure full support to the development of sustainable and profitable growth for both the Company and the client;
* Development of new markets in line with Group's strategy.
Perfil ideal
* Educated to degree standard or equivalent (Business, Engineering, Marketing);
* Experience in Industrial environment preferred;
* Export sales experience preferred;
* Language skills (English to business standard is a requirement, French to spoken level);
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Able to work alone and within a team;
* Well organised and able to work to deadlines, plans and targets;
* Pro-active and self-motivated.
