The Logistics Procurement Manager (m/f/d) will manage procurement activities with logistics service providers and oversee the transport of goods. This is a regional role that involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and various Business Unit and Plant Procurement teams. This regional role covers approximately 40 locations across Europe.
Up to 30% travel required.
Hybrid work mode: home office combined with some days at the nearest plant.
O que necessita para ser bem-sucedido
1. Minimum 7 years in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics Operations. Preferably 10+ years and experience with multiple transportation modes.
2. Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and business operating systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP). Experience with cost modeling and ROI analysis.
4. Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Adaptable to change and knowledgeable in basic accounting principles.
