1. Execution of tasks related to Human Resources Administration for Siemens BeNeLux, such as:
2. Data and employee lifecycle event management related to internal or external employees (from onboarding to termination);
3. Management of employee related organizational structure (cost center, org unit, manager);
4. Travel& Expenses audits and user support;
5. Front-office HR support to customers (mail & phone).
We are looking for someone with…
6. University degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related fields;
7. Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken) is mandatory;
8. Solid MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook);
9. Workday and SAP knowledge (strong plus);
10. Team player, with a strong customer focus, results and quality orientation;
11. Reliability, organization, autonomy and strong communication skills;
12. Motivation and resilience;
13. Flexibility, multitasking and problem solving orientation;
14. Capability to work in an Agile environment.
