What you'll do:
1. Act as the main point of contact between our company and the backoffice team, conducting daily check-ins and ensuring smooth
2. the onboarding process for new team members and help integrate new tasks for the backoffice
3. and analyse KPIs, including time per ticket, number of tickets, and cost per ticket, ensuring targets are met and processes are
4. the way in driving process improvements, taking ownership of initiatives to enhance efficiency and
5. with multiple teams such as Order Management, Sales, Account Managers, and Logistics, gaining valuable insights into our B2B
6. the go-to person for updating Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring alignment across teams.
Who we're looking for:

8. You have good communication skills in English.
9. Data analysis skills – you love working with numbers and finding ways to improve them.
10. Process-driven mindset with a passion for optimizing workflows and driving efficiency.
