Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop Strategic Marketing Campaigns
o Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement through strategic marketing campaigns.
2. Manage End-to-End Marketing Process
o Budgeting, timeline management, and creative direction for marketing campaigns.
3. Communicate Campaigns Across Channels
o Properly communicate campaigns across in-app and external channels.
4. Collaborate with Creative Teams
o Work with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to produce compelling and on-brand marketing materials.
5. Maximize Campaign Reach and Impact
o Utilize various marketing channels (email, social media, content marketing) to maximize campaign reach and impact.
6. Track and Analyze Campaign Performance
o Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns; use data to optimize future campaigns and improve ROI.
7. Stay Updated on Market Trends
o Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine campaign strategies.
8. Collaborate with Internal Departments
o Work closely with the sales team, product development, and other internal departments to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
9. Prioritize Initiatives and Budget Management
o Propose initiatives for optimizations of campaigns and internal processes.
o Manage the marketing budget for campaigns, ensuring all initiatives are cost-effective and deliver strong returns.
Requirements
1. Education
o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field.
2. Experience
o Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in E-Commerce, FMCG, or SaaS environment.
3. Skills
o Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
o Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
o Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
o Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work well with other teams.
o Agile quick-learner with a go-getter attitude; able to proactively learn on the job and is comfortable multi-tasking.
