Job Purpose: We are recruiting a Market Access Manager reporting to the Market Access Lead.
Main Responsibilities Developing and implementing the market access strategy for new and existing medicines within cross-functional brand teams.Producing high quality tailored HTA applications to submit and discuss with national authorities according to local requirements, including clinical and economical (CEA/BIM, if required) dossiers.Leading reimbursement processes with national authorities.Develop and implement value propositions to support product differentiation versus competitors.Monitoring external environment and understanding in depth the Portuguese healthcare system.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on market access strategies, coordinate local actions, and facilitate the collection and analysis of valuable data.Why you? Basic Requirements: Master degree in Health/Sciences/Economics or similar.Min 3 years' experience of working in the pharmaceutical/health sector, preferably in a Market Access role.Established relationships with key external stakeholders, including payers.Analytical skills, accuracy and problem-solving approach.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to work in collaboration with others.Preferred Requirements: Experience in Oncology/Hematology is preferred.Be self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented and able to prioritize and multi-task while delivering high quality work.Ability to build and sustain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external health outcomes key opinion leaders.Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of staff, and comfortable working closely with senior leaders in an organization.Job Posting End Date: 21/04/2025
