This is a full-time position, carried out from our beautiful offices in Dubaï, Lisbon or from the comfort of your couch! French and English fluency is required.
YOUR MISSION
Your main goal will be to create a revenue generating machine and take us from €10M to €50M revenue
Our sources of inspiration are Apple, Nike, Disney for their obsession of excelling and having a worldwide impact. You will be playing a pivotal role in making Paradox play at that level and becoming an iconic brand.
Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to Business Forecasting and define and execute a winning Sales Strategy
2. Attract, find and hire great talents & Lead your Sales Dream team to Excellence & Performance
3. Drive Sales excellence by nailing personae, evolving the Sales pitch relentlessly and contributing to Sales Enablement material
4. Foster feedback loops with Product and Marketing to develop game changing offers and initiatives
5. Being accountable for Sales Ops & Rev Ops, streamline processes, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and finance functions
Must Have
* You have at least 5 years commercial experience in B2C with an extraordinary track record.
* You have led teams of Sales but still loved to be hands-on
* You are passionate about sales and influence, you love to constantly train yourself to improve your sales, influence and negotiation skills.
* You excel in sales (especially the sales of high-ticket sales), you know when to speak, when to listen and guide customers through their decision-making process.
* You master and like modern tools and are comfortable with building processes.
Personality
* You are charismatic, have a strong ethic and a profound sense of humility.
* You are obsessed by performance, having ambitious goals and giving everything to achieve them.
* You love people deeply: You like to be interested in others and you know how to create a link very easily.
* You are obsessed with excellence, you must always strive to do better.
* You are organized and think out of the box.
