Key Responsibilities: In "Warranty Services", you will be responsible for handling highly sensitive data relating to individual customer warranty agreements and steering and implementation of automation projects for improving efficiencies and streamlining processes, saving both time and resources for other critical tasks.
You will shape solutions and applications for our worldwide warranty and service support processes, thus making a significant contribution to the digitization of our processes.
You will also ensure a simple and efficient handling of our service processes towards our customers.
Within this responsible role, you will manage master data, user access, and set up after-sales/warranty-related business rules in systems according to inputs from various headquarter departments, thereby making a significant contribution to the smooth operation of the technical warranty services.
Act as interface to customer service/after-sales partners (e.G., body builders, workshops), maintaining input relating to warranty in SAP.
Manage highly sensitive data relating to individual customer warranty agreements.
Assess all inputs critically, safeguarding compliance and preventing fraud.
Analyze data and develop recommended actions (e.G., suggesting additional data interface to be implemented; detecting error patterns in master data).
Act as contact person for sales organization and business partners.
Competencies: What we are looking for: Technical/business-oriented background.
Ideally completed studies (university/university of applied sciences) with a technical or business orientation or a comparable qualification (e.G., technician/master craftsman with relevant experience).
Preferably experience in the field of after-sales, ideally in the area of warranty or in a comparable field of activity.
Basic understanding of ERP systems (ideally SAP) and modern database systems, MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
Basic product knowledge in the field of commercial vehicles.
Fluent in oral and written English to present complex issues.
Independent, structured, and cooperative way of working, with an interest in intercultural collaboration.
