Position: French-Speaking Customer Service Representative (Remote, Urgent Hire)
Location: Remote (based in Lisbon)
Work Schedule:
* Early Shift: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
* Night Shift: 01:00 AM - 10:00 AM
* 5 days per week
Responsibilities:
* Deliver top-quality support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
* Address and resolve questions about products, services, and accounts promptly
* Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
* Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups and clear communication
* Keep customer records accurate and up-to-date in the system
* Collaborate with your team and management to maintain high service standards
* Work rotational shifts, including both early and night shifts, with an emphasis on consecutive days off when possible
Requirements:
* Native French speaker (required)
* Proficient in English (C1 level) for internal communication
* Previous experience in customer service is beneficial
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
* Comfortable working with technology and customer service platforms
* Flexibility to work early and night shifts based on the business needs
