Responsibilities/Tasks
As an Area Manager for the Polish market, you will play a key role in driving sales and managing margins in a region with an established customer base. Your responsibilities will include:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
* Developing and executing strategic sales plans.
* Implementing marketing initiatives to drive growth.
* Visiting customers and attending international trade fairs to strengthen market presence.
Requirements
* Native Polish speaker with a strong command of English (German is a plus).
* Commercially driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
* A team player who can work independently and identify new opportunities.
* Interest in and affinity for technology.
* Full-time, on-site availability (40 hours per week) - No hybrid option.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Residing in or near IJsselstein (Utrecht area).
