We are recruiting a Project Manager Coordinator for a German company based in Aveiro, dedicated to cloud integration software solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and agree on project meetings with various participants and stakeholders.
* Logging of team, project, and customer appointments.
* Continuous documentation of interviews and meetings.
* Support the team by ensuring an efficient flow of communication between subprojects and different stakeholders.
* Create presentations and project-related documents (e.g. Excel spreadsheets).
* Capture project status and metrics for presentation to both the client and the team.
* Support in meeting timelines/deadlines.
* Prepare project documentation for reuse in other projects.
Requirements:
* Initial professional experience as a PM or in a similar role (e.g. team assistant, project assistant, project management).
* Already part of a technical project team.
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and independent way of working.
* Knowledge of modern development methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban).
* Confident in using the Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Trello, Jira) and O365 (Excel, PowerPoint).
