Join us as a People Partner, supporting a regional team of Designers and Engineers. You’ll manage daily operations, gather feedback to create growth-driven initiatives and align HR strategies with business objectives. Where you’ll do it: Hybrid, two days a week from the Leiria office
The Interview Process: This is a 3-stage process: First, a 45 min HR chat - Then a 1.5h experience + culture fit chat - Then a 45 min fit interview with the HR Director

Your team: 4 people (1 Head of HR Portugal, 1 Talent Partner, 1 People Partner, YOU!)

What will be your responsibilities?
Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
Collaborate with management to identify talent needs, drive recruitment efforts, and support workforce planning.
Lead employee relations efforts by managing conflict resolution, providing coaching, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Develop and implement performance management strategies to improve employee productivity and support professional development.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations that enhance employee engagement and retention.
Drive organizational change initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.

Strategic Business Alignment: Proven experience in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive performance and growth.
Communication and Stakeholder Management: Expertise in building strong relationships with leadership and teams, with a track record of effective conflict resolution.
