This is a part of the current workstream on ERP process under the shared responsibility of finance and supply management.The scope is regional, with an initial focus on EuropeanIn this position, you will analyze current supply management processes, identify inefficiencies and their root causes, and implement improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
Working closely with teams in Supply, Finance, and Operations, you will develop streamlined and standardized processes that reduce administrative burdens, improve communication, and shorten lead times for key tasks such as order processing and invoicing.As part of the implementation phase, you will lead workshops, train key users, and support different countries in formalizing and adopting best practices.
You will also build a global network of process experts to facilitate knowledge sharing and accelerate the adoption of improvements across regions.A key aspect of the role is continuous improvement—monitoring performance indicators, enforcing standard practices, and collaborating on the development of supporting IS&T solutions.
By taking a proactive and structured approach, you will help ensure that supply management processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with global best practices.What will you do?Work with country teams to lead a short-term study on local existing processes versus global standard processesMap root cause, pain points and country specificities, identify commonalities, make recommendationsDraft and propose a plan of concrete actions to improve current process on below topics:PR / PO processes incl
