The Team…
The Talent team consists of 16 members working together to achieve mind-blowing results. We are divided into small teams that support different parts of the business (our Brands). You’ll be working in the FanDuel team alongside 3 other recruiters and a Talent Acquisition Lead.
What You'll Be Doing...
A Talent Acquisition Specialist at Blip is responsible for owning the full recruitment life cycle. From gathering the requirements with your stakeholder until the offer stage, your goal will be to provide the best experience possible both to the candidate and your stakeholder. You’ll be part of a smaller team that will support you and with whom you’ll be working towards a common goal – hiring the best talent there is.
