ABOUT THE ROLE:
iBasis has significant growth ambitions in the Messaging Enterprise market. Your contribution as Product Manager is crucial in increasing iBasis’ market share in this area and maximizing customer value by bringing innovative and high-performing messaging solutions.

* Result-driven: You will have ambitious targets for commercial product-market performance and can perform and report along these targets. You will support the Messaging Sales & Innovation Team in every possible way to best win, serve customers, and develop existing and new markets.
* Teamwork: You realize your targets and company goals in cooperation with colleagues from various departments in London, Austria, Paris, Lisbon, and Serbia, as well as Sales regions.
* Leadership: You are the market expert and iBasis’ external and internal face on Business Messaging, including but not limited to SMS, RCS, Multichannel, both P2P and A2P. You will translate both market and technology developments into iBasis propositions and work closely together with Sales and Marketing as well as R&D and solution partners to continuously position us in the market as thought and innovation leader.
Your Contributions:
* You grow, create and launch innovative messaging propositions into the market as a whole as well as specific customers, focusing on solving messaging business problems better than the competition.
* You ensure the financial viability of these propositions from a ROI perspective, based on a sound insight of market developments and investments necessary.
* You create a range of product collateral that will test and/or drive the market and help sales to create an effective solution partner relationship with customers and prospects.
* You define and drive launch and improvement plans, as well as a continuous stream of information to sales and customers to position us as the innovative and customer-focused player in this space.
* You perform market and competitor analysis to be able to size and assess product opportunities.
* You are the face of the company at events as the overall market and product expert.
* You are also the owner of the relationship with our partners to complete the Messaging portfolio.
* You are responsible for end-to-end processes within iBASIS to ensure a streamlined and scalable execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop and execute the messaging product strategy for the Enterprise segment, with a focus on RCS.
* Identify key features and functionalities based on customer needs and market analysis.
* Define use cases and value propositions for enterprise RCS solutions across various industries.
* Build and launch compelling RCS campaigns to showcase the platform's capabilities.
* Support the sales team by providing educational resources and training on the value proposition of RCS for enterprises.
* Develop quick and easy onboarding campaigns to accelerate customer adoption and time-to-value.
* Collaborate with the Product Manager, Messaging Solutions and Wholesale to ensure alignment and leverage synergies.
* Work closely with Marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for enterprise RCS solutions.
* Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and innovation.

YOU’LL BRING:
* M. Sc or B.Sc., preferably in Business Management, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Information Management, or Industrial Engineering.
* 5+ years of experience in product management or business development, with a focus on messaging or communication technologies.
* Strong understanding of RCS technology, use cases, and value proposition.
* Experience in developing and launching enterprise software solutions.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
