Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing Trainee to join our Marketing and Communications Team. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience and training in various aspects of marketing and communication.
The ideal candidate possesses strong writing and interpersonal skills, good communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
* Marketing Campaigns & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Participate in the development of targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives, working with sales and business units to achieve expected results.
o Learn how to develop campaign/project briefings and ensure continuous alignment with the internal Marketing Global Agency focused on quality of deliverables and deadline fulfilment.
o Learn the positioning and messaging of our offerings, ensuring all marketing materials are aligned with the local and global positioning strategy.
* Content & Events:
o Support the creation of compelling content for various marketing channels and plan and execute marketing events strategy.
* Customer & Market Insights:
o Gather and analyse customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve the customer experience.
o Competition Analysis and Market Trends.
* Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
o Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics and adjusting strategies to optimise results.
Qualifications
Essential requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
* Eligible for the IEFP Internship Program.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken).
* Strong writing skills with an ability to create compelling messages for different audiences and channels.
* Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
* Curiosity to analyse data and metrics to inform decision-making.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
