Job Description
We are looking for a talented Business Developer to join our team. If you are passionate about sales, have a strong track record of closing high-ticket deals, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Your Mission
As a Business Developer, your primary objective will be to create new opportunities by attracting ambitious students to our diverse range of trainings.
* Student Acquisition: Identify, engage, and persuade new students to enroll in our courses.
* Proactive Sourcing: Organize LinkedIn or email campaigns via Hubspot to schedule meetings with qualified leads.
* CRT Management: Manage calls, meetings, and reports via Hubspot to ensure strategic, personalized business follow-ups on ongoing leads.
* Tackling Objections: Review call recordings per week to improve sales approach and objection handling skills.
* Event Participation: Participate in both in-person and online Paradox events to sell our products.
Experience & Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
* A track record of successfully closing high-ticket deals (ideally BtoC clients).
* A keen interest in the personal development, coaching, entrepreneurship, or Edtech market.
* Excellent sales skills, including influence, negotiation, and customer relationship building.
* Experience managing a CRM and leading a digital project with a tech team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Language
The chosen language for written communication is English. French native or bilingual speakers are also encouraged to apply.
