The Transportation Analyst role in Central Operations Services involves optimizing EU External Fulfilment network capacity, special operations solutions, and emerging market penetration.
This position requires a highly driven individual with operational experience and innovative problem-solving skills to enhance expertise in inbound and outbound process paths.
Responsibilities include daily task resolution, communication with 3PL and Amazon teams, and KPI monitoring for a group of tasks involving system issues and process standards execution.
As an EU 3PL Control Tower Specialist, you will support Outbound 3PL operations, drive continuous improvement, and process standardization and optimization.
Key job responsibilities:
* Monitoring and analyzing sites' hourly performance
* Providing operational guidance to 3PL
* Resolving system discrepancies
* Being a communication bridge between 3PL and Amazon stakeholders
* Mitigating CX risk by CPT management support, resolving OB errors, and managing shipment cancellations
* Uploading critical data for supply chain and transportation visibility
* Checking process and Amazon standard compliance
* Supporting with AFTx launches and migration with SME expertise, implementing required tasks for further operational support
* Optimization of actual Control Tower Outbound processes, aiming to automate the actual tasks of the team, applying BI skills.
Minimum Requirements:
* Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* B2/C1 English level
* Spanish C2 level
* High school or equivalent diploma
* Expertise in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, AI, etc.
* Experience in logistics.
