As we expand, we're looking for passionate, proactive professionals to join our Customer Operations & Success team and help us make a real impact on healthcare safety and efficiency.
What You'll Do Provide technical and operational support to ViGIE's healthcare clients and partners.
Troubleshoot cloud platform, IoT devices, and system alerts .
Work closely with Operations, Customer Success, and Development teams.
Assist with warehouse operations, including RMAs and hardware readiness.
Contribute to proactive monitoring and process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
? What You Bring 2+ years experience in technical support or IT troubleshooting (IoT/Health Tech is a plus).
Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of cloud systems and networking .
Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills.
Proactive, customer-first mindset and willingness to work on-site in Maia, Porto.
Bonus Points If You Have… Experience with Freshdesk, Podio, or Odoo Knowledge of Linux, PostgreSQL, AWS, or Python Electrotechnical knowledge and/or multilingual abilities (Spanish/French) Why ViGIE?
