Job Summary
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences. You will work with customers to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be a fashion mentor to customers during their shopping experience
* Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customer inquiries via phone, email or social media
* Analyze and troubleshoot product-related issues, while maintaining a calm and polite demeanor
* Handle calls from prospects and clients
* Collaborate with other departments to redirect related cases and issues
Benefits:
1. Type of contract: long-term fixed term contract renewable every year (6 months or 1 year)

* Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €950-€1000 gross/month based on level of experience
* Excluding accommodation: €1300-€1400 gross/month based on level of experience
