CostaTerra Golf & Ocean Club is seeking for a dynamic Domotics & AV Technician to join our team in Melides.The LV Technician is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting and support to install Low Voltage Systems (audio-visual (AV) systems, CCTV systems, Domotics, access control and telecommunications). This role involves working with both residential and commercial setups to ensure these systems are installed, configured, and maintained to industry standards and safety regulations. You will work closely with IT and Maintenance teams, liaising with third party Vendors to provide service to the Residential Services and Club Operations management team. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees delivering exceptional service and uphold the Discovery Land Co. highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.Key Responsibilities: Implementation, install and maintenance of Low Voltage Systems:Maintain, install and support Low Voltage Systems. Provide routine inspections, Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair all installed LV systems according to client specifications.Conduct system upgrades to improve performance or to meet new technological standards.Run and organize low voltage cabling.Label and document all wiring and connections for future reference or service.Provide customized configurations for Client and Company AV presentations, meetings, or events.Support CCTV installation, maintenance and Configuration.Customer Support and Training:Interact with clients to understand their needs, providing recommendations for improvements or new setups.Provide technical support and user training to clients, ensuring they understand how to operate their AV and low voltage systems effectively.Compliance and Safety:Follow all safety protocols while working with electrical systems, and low voltage wiring.Ensure all installations and maintenance activities comply with local electrical codes, AV system standards, and relevant regulations, following all safety standards and protocols Documentation and Reporting:Document and keep detailed records of all installations, maintenance tasks, and system configurations.Provide accurate service reports, including any necessary follow-up tasks or client requests.Submit billing for work completed to management.Other duties assigned by management.Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in low voltage ( CCTV, AV, Home Automation) systems is preferred.Experience: Previous experience with AV system installations.
