2. Provide proactive clinical support for customers, ensuring effective resolution.
3. Utilize expertise in clear aligners brackets and wires to assist customers in treatment planning.
4. Offer guidance on software utilization related to orthodontic treatments.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and product development.
Requirements:
* Licensed dentist with a focus on orthodontics.
* Proven experience with clear aligners and proficiency in Damon System (Ultima).
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address clinical inquiries effectively.
* Excellent communication skills for providing customer support.
* Proactive attitude towards identifying and resolving issues.
