Long-Term ServiceNow Consultant Role
We seek an experienced ServiceNow Consultant for a long-term position in Lisbon or Porto.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and implement technical and business requirements to deploy the Service Now platform (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, etc.).
* Serve as a lead across all aspects of ServiceNow project and solution delivery.
* Oversee application and workflow configuration.
* Develop client-specific reporting processes and integration components.
* Provide trusted advice on how digital transformation and technology enablement can lead to improved performance.
* Collaborate closely with ServiceNow technical teams.
* Demonstrate experience with the ITSM and GRC modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Compliance Management.
* Contribute to clients' business development.
* Support team management.

Qualifications:
* Academic education preferably in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar fields.
* No less than 2 years of ServiceNow technical experience.
* Proven experience with ITSM and GRC modules in ServiceNow.
* Project management skills: autonomy, proactivity, analysis from beginning to end, and structuring final deliverables fulfilling demanding plans.
* Full proficiency in Portuguese and English.
