1) Performance & Talent Management:
1. Support the design, execution, and follow-up of Performance Review cycles;
2. Contribute to the development of frameworks for Continuous Feedback and Individual Development Plans;
3. Assist in initiatives that promote employee engagement, wellbeing, and a positive organizational culture;
4. Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, frameworks, and best practices;
5. Support the creation and implementation of training programs for new hires, continuous employee growth, and leadership development;
6. Assist in coordinating internal and external training initiatives, including managing relationships with external providers;
7. Help develop programs that strengthen leadership capabilities and enhance key skills across teams;
8. Contribute to the evaluation of training effectiveness through participant feedback and performance metrics.
3) Administrative Management:
1. Create, maintain, and update comprehensive process documentation to enhance clarity and efficiency in HR operations;
2. Oversee the management of employment contracts, contract amendments, and ensure legal compliance;
3. Coordinate processes with IEFP and other employment support programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and seamless collaboration with external entities;
4. Manage and monitor employee benefits programs, including health insurance, life insurance, and flexible benefits, ensuring alignment with employee needs and the company’s strategy;
5. Support the review and implementation of compensation and benefits policies, ensuring clarity, fairness, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards;
6. Analyze market trends to maintain competitive compensation and benefits offerings.
About you:
1. Previous experience in HR roles, focusing on performance, L&D, or other relevant area;
2. You have an understanding of benefits management;
3. You know how to manage benefits and have a good grasp of IEFP processes (nice to have);
4. You’re analytical, data-driven, and focused on solving problems;
5. You are committed to providing a great employee experience;
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
7. Skilled in analyzing data to support strategic decisions and drive process enhancements;
8. Proficient in both Portuguese and English.
