**Job Title:** German-speaking Banking Customer Support Advisor
Work for an international leader in outsourced customer service that is partnering with a major German Bank to strengthen their German-speaking customer service operations in Porto, Portugal – a great location and fantastic working shifts.
Your Role
• Handle all incoming contacts from customers of a banking company through various channels (phone, email, and chat)
• Continuously develop your knowledge to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
• Use adequate tools, processes, and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
• Ensure great levels of client service are delivered at all times and provide a positive experience
Your Qualifications
• Excellent German (C1) language skills and fluent English (B2)
• Passionate about customers and customer service
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Upbeat and positive attitude
• Ability to identify, apply, and explain product and/or service expertise with clarity
