We are looking for a IT Business Developer for Syone's Operation!
What will be your Mission?
* Find and develop new business related with Syone's solutions portfolio;
* Build strong relationships with clients, mapping and presenting solutions for their outsourcing needs, working closely with our People Scouting & Professional Services areas;
* Ensure the successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and goals;
* Analysis and Development of Sales Offers;
* Deliver strong Sales Presentations;
* Deliver exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis;
* Elaborate proposals and participate in Sales meetings and demos;
* Interact with different stakeholders;
* Participate in events to develop networking;
* Identify opportunities and develop account goals, strategies and tactics;
* Anticipate client operational, strategical and commercial needs;
* Manage different client accounts.
Who you are?
* A dynamic person with proven experience in Information Technologies;
* Graduated in Engineering, Business Administration or IT areas;
* Previous experience (2+ years) in Sales positions, namely in Outsourcing LoB;
* Result-driven;
* Well organized and proactive, with the ability to handle multiple tasks at a fast pace;
* Excellent in prioritization and time management;
* Able to easily build relationships with the different players of the business;
* Able to analyze and solve problems;
* Able to work as a team;
* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
* Very ambitious mindset;
* English Proficiency.
